INDENT/SPECIAL ORDERS

Items marked as Indent or Special Order only once confirmed cannot be cancelled. As these items are often ordered ex manufacturer on request, once the order has been placed with the manufacturer they are unable to be cancelled.

Order Cancellation

 If an order is confirmed, then cancelled, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

Electronic payments through this site are highly secure. Your credit card details are encrypted, so they cannot be read even in the unlikely event of the purchase details being intercepted. Credit card details are not divulged to the store owner, and are only seen by the payment processing network.
